When possible, we’ll visit your venue before the wedding day to evaluate every detail.

We’re looking at questions like:

Where will guests enter?
How does natural light change throughout the day?
Where should ceremony décor be placed?
How will the reception flow?
Where are the power sources?
How will rental deliveries move through the property?
Is there enough space for the entertainment and dance floor?
Where should photographers position themselves for the best portraits?

These observations allow us to build a timeline and floor plan that works specifically for your event—not someone else’s.
